Heron O'Neal - Head Coach
Coach O'Neal's football career began at Mt. Carmel High School located in Chicago, IL where his teammates included Donavan McNabb and Simeon Rice. After high school, O'Neal's athletic ability earned him a football athletic scholarship to Western Michigan University from 1993-1997. During his college career, O'Neal started 34 of 41 collegiate games and finished his college career ranked 2nd in his school's history in pass break-ups.

Artavious Williams - O-Line Coach Billings Outlaws offensive and defensive
line coach,Artavious Williams, is no
stranger to Outlaws fans.
Williams, affectionately known as
"Big Tay" to most fans and teammates,
is in his first seasonas the Outlaws line
coach but has beenwith the Outlaws
orginization for four seasons.
Williams, an avid cook and artist,
was anOutlaws fan-favorite in
2006-2008 before retiring prior to last
season due to health reasons.
After wrapping up a solid career
at UAB in 2003, Williams signed a
free-agent contract with the Tennesee
Titans in 2004 before hooking up
with Outlaws head coach, Heron O'Neal
four years ago when O'Neal was an
assistant coach with the Wyoming
Cavalry.
Prior to landing in Billings, Williams
played for the Wichita Stealth (af2)
in 2004 and the Wyoming (Casper)
Calvary in 2005. -
Sean Herrin - RB Coach
Billings Outlaws assistant offensive coordinator, Sean Herrin is no strangerto winning and is hoping to bring thesame success he expierenced at Carroll
College in Helena, Montana to theBillings community. We're excited to haveSean on board," said Outlaws headcoach Heron O'Neal. "He's young,talented and hungry to learn. Being aMontana native, we're excited
to have Sean help us in our efforts tosign more Montana players."During a stellar high school footballand track career at Helena High, Herrinran the anchor leg of his 4X100 relay team.
Herrin, who is 23 years old and is also a certified
strength and conditioning specialist, was a member
of three national championship teams at Carroll
while playing running back, wide receiver and
kick returner for the Fighting Saints during the
2004-2009 seasons.
"Sean is also very skilled in the technology side
of coaching, such as using game video in instruction
and game preparation. I'm excited to learn some of
those skills from Sean."
Herrin comes to Billings for his first year of
coaching expierence with his wife Jessica, and
their -- four-pawed -- child, Reggie.
